Work with the highest calibre of properties in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney! This role will see you working alongside the Business Development Manager to lease the ‘new business’ properties.
Duties:
* Arrange photography and write advertisement
* Take and address rental enquiries
* Arrange property access with tenants
* Check tenancy reference
* Ensure lease packs are compiled
* Communicate back to the BDM and landlord/ referring agent when needed
* Oversee two Leasing staff
Requirements:
To match this company’s culture you will be passionate, hungry and have a drive to succeed in what you do. You will also have:
* A current Real Estate Certificate
* A reliable car (and a driver’s license)
* Previous Real Estate leasing experience
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs preferred
