Our Client:
Established for over 30 years, our client is a well-established private property group with over 20 properties and 300 tenants spanning office, industrial and bulky-goods assets in NSW, QLD and some Internationally (New Zealand). Continuing to expand, the Finance Department is seeking an additional team member.
The Role:
Responsible for a portfolio of properties, your will form part of a 5 strong team that manage a broad range of accounting responsibilities including:
* Revenue processing and collection
* Cash management, forecasting and budgeting
* Accounts payable and BAS
* Assets Management
* General ledger analysis, journals and reconciliations
* Tenant rent reviews & outgoings reconciliations
Requirements:
* CA/ CPA (or be completing the modules currently)
* 4+ years Financial Accounting experience
* Be able to embrace a small office environment and have a hands on approach
* Aroflo & Xero knowledge beneficial
* Experience in Real Estate/ property team advantageous
* Have a great attitude, be a clear communicator and be a pro-active team leader
