Position Summary
Responsibility for growing market share and profitability by creating a dynamic, progressive and positive work environment that enhances the Colliers’ image of professionalism, equal opportunity and integrity.
Duties -
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of 20 properties varying from office buildings, retail shopping centre, warehouse sheds and car parks
• Organise word orders and following up on completion of ordered works
• Approve invoices to be paid in line with owners creditor policy
• Rental arrears – ensure all rents are paid, issue of follow up letters
• Conduct rent reviews and lease expires
• Inspections of office buildings, retail outlets, warehouses
• Monthly management reports for all properties including financials
• Conduct interim month and end of month payments for owners and creditors
• Attending meetings weekly for the Commercial Division
• Conduct audit on managed properties as required by owners
• Continual liaison with builders, tenants on refurbishments as required
• Manage key registry for properties
• Meter and water readings as required
• Meet and liaise with tenants
Current Agents Representative Certificate or Agents Licence together with current driver's licence are essential.
You will also have outstanding presentation, a great attitude and strong organisational skills together with excellent communication, both verbal and written. Possession of advanced computer and customer service skills are a prerequisite as you will be dealing with clients on a daily basis. We are seeking a person who can work autonomously and show initiative.

Training on current programs and systems in place and support given for suitably qualified and experienced person.
