About the Client
Our client is part of a prestige network of 25 agencies that cover all aspects of residential real estate across premium Melbourne suburbs. As the brand of choice in the market, they are also one of the strongest performing offices in the network located in the inner Eastern suburbs close to high end boutiques and restaurants and amongst beautiful multi-million dollar homes.
About the Role
This position will see the successful incumbent assisting a tight and supportive property management department. With incredibly low staff turnover, this position is available only due to internal promotion.
They are open to experienced or new real estate recruits who are willing to learn from the ground up and enjoy long term employment and progression.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting with leasing and inspections
General rental administration
Open for inspections
Liaising with tenants and landlords
Assisting with repairs and maintenance
Assisting with reporting
Preparing leasing materials and new tenancies
About You
In addition to a passion for real estate, we are seeking:
Agents Representative Certificate
Australian Drivers Licence
Excellent presentation
Willingness to learn and develop your skills
Mandarin speaking a bonus but not essential
Hunger for real estate and a strong desire to achieve
