What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has previous residential sales experience, can organically grow the sales team by identify and recruiting new and experienced sales agents and most importantly, have the ability to lead and inspire the Sales Team.
You have the above experience but don't want to give up selling, because you want to be in the field with your team? No problem! You will have a sales administrator assisting you with all behind the scene admin, while you focus on nurturing the relationships.
