Receptionist / Office Assistant

An opportunity exists for a Receptionist / Office Assistant to be a part of a well-known Real Estate company in Surry Hills.
Full time position
Surry Hills location, close to Central Station

As the first point of contact for clients, the successful applicant will be a person who is well presented with a courteous manner. The position is pivotal to the business so your attendance and punctuality is important.


Mature attitude with strong work ethic and desire to deliver good client service.


Duties include:


Reception- answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages. Meeting and greeting clients, prepare coffee or tea.


Administration - Collecting mail, banking and general filing. Photocopying, binding and organizing tax invoices. Purchasing office supplies. Ensuring office and kitchen area is kept clean.


Sales / marketing Support - Providing assistance to the staff in preparing correspondence, accounting and marketing.


Real Estate experience is not necessary.
