Property Manager

Our client is a successful commercial property agency renowned for their high level of service and track record of delivery. They manage an ever-expanding portfolio and have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals.

An exciting and unique opportunity is available within their team, responsible for the management of a portfolio of a unique portfolio. Sitting within their commercial team and managing a predominantly residential portfolio with some small commercial assets, this role will be perfect for an experienced residential property manager or assistant property manager who is looking to move into the commercial property space.

Reporting to one stakeholder, this role has an emphasis on forging exceptional relationships with both the client and tenants as well as the sites Commercial Property Management team.

Additional duties include:

• Client relationship management
• Routine reporting on scheduled dates
• Routine Inspections
• Condition reports 
• Entry & Final Inspections 
• Arrears management
• Maintenance requisitions & follow up
• Setting processes and procedures
• General property management   

The successful candidate will be resilient in nature and seeking a role that will provide an exceptional working environment as well as the opportunity to further develop their career. You must have a valid WA property registration and experience working as a residential property manager or assistant property manager.
