Dixon Kestles, South Melbourne’s leading Commercial Agency, is recruiting an exceptional Executive Team Assistant for their fast paced team.
Prime South Melbourne location
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
January 2018 start

About the role:

This Executive Team Assistant role supports the team by ensuring that all sales and leasing transactions are managed through our vigilant processes from start to finish. Creating high quality documentation is a key part of the role whether this be updating Commercial or Retail leases, preparing presentations and submissions or processing files. Your flexible nature will enable you to juggle coordination of boardroom presentations, database management, typing, general office management tasks and reception relief as well. It is therefore essential that you can recognize and respond to competing priorities in order to create an effective and efficient team environment. Assisting with all facets of the administration of properties, you will be comfortable with working to deadlines and upholding Dixon Kestles commitment to our clients.


About You:

Working in a team environment we need an extremely organized, polished professional with positive energy and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your peers will admire your strong attention to detail and ability to use initiative in order to get the best results for clients. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in an administration / support role

• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel and Word

• Professional presentation

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional relationship and communication skills

• Accurate & fast touch typing skills

• A stable work history

• Experience in Real Estate Industry (highly regarded)

• REIV agents representative certificate (highly regarded)
